IoL launches new membership and event booking system
The Institute of Licensing (IoL) has launched its new and improved digital system for both members and event customers, offering streamlined access to training, events, resources, and account management.
From today (Monday 2 February 2026), IoL members and previous event customers can register and log in to the upgraded platform. The new system provides easier event booking, improved membership management, better access to IoL resources, and enhanced communication tools for event attendees.
A comprehensive user guide has been produced to support users with registering, logging in, and navigating the updated system.
Key Information for All Users
- All existing event and training bookings have been safely migrated, so there is no need to rebook anything arranged before the system changeover.
- Users must register using the email address used by the IoL to contact them. Registering with a different email address may prevent access to existing records.
- Once logged in, users should check their profile details, ensuring that the address listed is their billing address.
- Any old bookmarks or favourites created before Monday 2 February 2026 should be deleted, as they will no longer work with the new system.
Additional Information for Members
Members can now use the system to book training and events, manage their membership, and access a range of licensing resources and updates. Work is also underway to enhance the popular IoL Forum, with further improvements to be launched soon.
Additional Information for Event Customers (who are not IoL members)
Customers who have previously booked IoL events can now access their new user accounts, where they can continue to book and manage event attendance using the updated system.
