House to House National Exemption Order Scheme amendment
National Exemption Order (NEO) holders are exempted under
section 3(1) of the House to House Collections Act 1939 from having to apply
for individual collection licence. An
amendment to the National Exemption Order was made by the removal of Mental
Health Foundation by request.

process
- legal
requirements as a NEO holder and of those acting under its
authority
There are currently 36 national exemption order holders
relating to house-to-house collections.
