About the job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and friendly Licensing Team.  It will involve playing a key role in delivering our responsibilities and obligations in relation to the area of Animal Health & Animal Licensing.

The successful candidate will be competent and experienced in dealing with this interesting and complex area of licensing but more importantly have a genuine interest in this topic.

About the person

The successful candidate will possess excellent working knowledge and understanding of Animal Health & Animal Licensing.  Furthermore, they will be able to show experience and involvement in its application to casework and demonstrate partnership working, and identify how this has led to a successful outcome. The ideal candidate will have an organised approach to their own workload whilst dealing with conflicting priorities, a focus on delivering excellent customer service alongside experience of working collaboratively with internal and external partners. They would have successfully achieved or working towards the ‘Professional Programme in Inspecting Licensing Activities Involving Animals’ qualification.
