Licensing Enforcement Officer - Bassetlaw District Council Closing Date: 16/06/2024

Permanent, Part Time, 20 hpw

Salary Grade 3 pro rata to £24,702 - £26,421 pa

Located in Worksop we are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our small but friendly Licensing team. You will be responsible for administering and enforcing a variety of licensing, registration and permits, including processing applications and issuing licences in accordance with relevant legislation.

You will also be required to provide advice, information and guidance on licensing matters to members of the public and other services as required. You must therefore have excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience of working within a regulatory setting, dealing with enforcement using tact, diplomacy to meet the needs of the service.
