Licensing Compliance Consultant (Night-Time Economy)
Central London | Flexible | 2–3 nights per month

 

We’re looking for a Licensing Compliance Consultant to carry out audits across a portfolio of high-profile late-night venues in Central London.

 

This is a standout opportunity to work inside some of the UK’s leading nightclubs and hospitality venues, gaining exposure to a diverse range of operations.

 

The Role

 

• Conduct on-site compliance audits during live trading hours (Friday & Saturday peak nights)
• Assess compliance with the Licensing Act 2003, premises licence conditions, and the four licensing objectives
• Observe real-time operations and produce clear, professional audit reports
• Identify risks and provide practical recommendations

 

About You

 

• Strong knowledge of licensing law (LA2003)
• Background in hospitality, licensing, enforcement, or compliance
• Experience conducting licensing enforcement inspections is highly desirable
• Confident working independently in busy late-night environments
• Strong attention to detail and report writing skills
