The Institute previously reported that The Pedicabs (London) Bill returned from the Lords on Tuesday 26 March with no amendments.

Following on from this, The Pedicabs (London) Act 2024 has now been made and will shorty be published.

The Act makes provision for Transport for London (TfL) to be able to regulate pedicabs in London, for the first time. This Bill extends to England and Wales, but only applies in England to pedicabs operated within Greater London.
