Scotland Region
As one of the new regions within the Institute of Licensing we are still growing the organisation and have representation from a broad range of professionals involved in licensing, including local authorities, private practice, and statutory bodies.
The region covers the whole of Scotland and has a committee of eight regional officers. The regional committee consists of a Chair/treasurer, Secretary, Vice chair and director.
It is the region’s intention to deliver the regional meetings and training events online to reduce the costs involved with travelling, accommodation, and catering and will provide quality training, networking, and information sharing opportunities.
If you are a licensing practitioner or professional living or working in the Scotland, you can join the Institute to become a regional member.
IoL members have access to a range of resources online, and can join their regional groups, register their interest in specific areas of licensing law via our Special Interest Groups, engage in discussions via the IoL members’ forum and more.
