Other licensing authorities in England\u202fmust\u202fthen\u202fhave regard to that information when considering whether to grant or renew a taxi or PHV driver&#8217;s licence.<\/p>\n<p>The second set of provisions in the Bill\u202frequires\u202flicensing authorities\u202fin England\u202fto report\u202fcertain\u202fserious safeguarding or road safety concerns about a taxi or PHV driver\u202fworking in its area\u202fto the licensing authority\u202fin England, Wales or Scotland\u202fthat granted a licence to that driver.
