Salary: £29,174 - £31,895 Per Annum

About the role…

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Licensing Officer who can support the Licensing Team Leader with the day to day running of the authority's licensing service. The right candidate should have the skills, experience and confidence to take an operational leadership role within the team, to ensure the authority continues to meet its licensing obligations and provide an excellent level of customer service.

To be successful you will need…

  • Hold a recognised and accredited licensing qualification
  • Have a in-depth and practical working knowledge of local government licensing
  • Recent and relevant supervisory experience in a local government context
  • Recent experience of writing and presenting at licensing and other committees
