We are looking for a temporary specialist to carry a range of Licensing inspections and investigations. The role requires the Specialist to work proactively, deal with complex applications, investigate complaints and carry out inspections to ensure the correct application of licensing legislation. The role will take responsibility for a varied programme of casework primarily including, but not limited to, Licensing Act 2003, Gambling Act 2005, Acts related to Hackney Carriage and Private Hire licensing, along with various miscellaneous legislation.

The role will work closely with key stakeholders such as elected Members, partner organisations, residents and other stakeholders to establish strong working relationships to enhance service provision.
